Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us within 5 days of your party for full refund. Parties can be rescheduled up to 24 hours to event date. In the event of predicted hazardous weather, you may request a refund with 5 days of your party, or reschedule for a later date. Tiaras To Go reserves the right to prioritize safety first in the event of extreme or hazardous weather, and may reschedule parties if safety is a concern.
